Risk Disclosure
Before you deposit, understand what can go wrong. Investing carries a risk of capital loss.
Only invest money you can afford to lose.
1. Risk of capital loss
Investing on 1TrustFund carries a risk of capital loss. The value of your account may fall as well as rise, and you may lose part or all of the capital you invested. Only invest money you can afford to lose.
2. No guaranteed return
The monthly targets of the Silver, Platinum and Black plans (6,67 %, 8,89 % and 11,11 % gross) are objectives, not guarantees. Past performance, including any published weekly result, does not predict future results.
3. Market risk: gold (XAU/USD)
All positions are taken on a single market, gold against the US dollar. Concentrating on one instrument means there is no diversification: a sharp or prolonged move in the gold price, a gap at market opening, or a period of low liquidity can cause significant losses over one or several weeks.
4. Automated trading risk
Positions are taken by a trading bot developed in house. An automated strategy may behave unexpectedly in unusual market conditions, suffer technical failures (connectivity, broker platform, software error) or stop being effective when market conditions change. Supervision by our traders reduces but does not eliminate these risks.
5. Crypto-asset risk
Deposits and withdrawals are made in USDT (TRC20) or Bitcoin. Transfers on a blockchain are irreversible: funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network may be permanently lost. Network congestion, fees, the de-pegging of a stablecoin, the price volatility of Bitcoin between sending and crediting, and incidents at our payment processor (NOWPayments) may affect the amount or timing of a transfer.
6. Liquidity and term
During the one-year term, only your Withdrawable Profit can be withdrawn; your capital is released on the end date of the term. Each new deposit moves that date. Plan your commitments accordingly.
7. Counterparty and operational risk
Your funds depend on the solvency and proper operation of 1TrustFund and of its providers (broker, payment processor, hosting). A failure, a cyber-attack or a fraud at any of them could cause losses or delays.
8. Regulatory and legal risk
1TrustFund is a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. [TO FILL: exact regulatory status, competent authority and licence number — or an explicit statement that 1TrustFund is not regulated as an investment manager.] Changes in the law, in your country or in the UAE, could restrict or end the service. It is your responsibility to check that you may lawfully use the Platform from your country.
9. Referral programme
The referral programme rewards recommendations. It is not a return on your investment and does not reduce its risks. Recommend 1TrustFund only to people able to understand and bear these risks.
10. Taxation
You are responsible for declaring and paying any tax due on your gains and commissions in your country of residence. 1TrustFund provides no tax advice.
11. No advice
Nothing on the Platform is personalised investment, legal or tax advice. If in doubt, consult an independent adviser before investing.
